Allenflo Posted July 16, 2013 Report Share Posted July 16, 2013 I am attempting to image a Dell Latitude E4300. I have downloaded the latest platform pack and have re-downloaded to make sure it is not corrupted. I am able to open it up and view the Platform Pack through the manager. My Image is Windows XP 32 bit and the install media is USB boot and network. I have successfully deployed it onto a E6400 prior to this with no issues using the same install method. The error I am receiving after choosing the image from the deployment option is "The platform pack has support for this computer manufacturer, however it does not contain support for this model" Thoughts and Ideas?
