Smart Deploy V3 computers gone

After installing V3, all the computers in computer management disappeared after a reboot.

Hello,

Just to verify, you originally got the computers imported into Computer Management in v3? Then once you restarted the host, they disappeared? Please email the following logs to support@smartdeploy.com.

• C:\SmartDeploy\Logs\SDConsole.log
• C:\SmartDeploy\Logs\SDAPIService.log

That should provide us with more information. Please refer to this thread in the email.

yes, also when i create new deployment packs i cannot see them or deploy.

This definitely sounds like there's an issue with the SmartDeploy service reaching the Mongo Database service. I agree that reaching out to support so we can look into it more is the right course.
