ReganoldV Posted April 2, 2019 Report Share Posted April 2, 2019 I'm getting an error when i attempt to download a platform pack: Unable to retrieve the platform pack details. Ensure that you have an active connection to the internet. Anyone got an idea how to solve this? I have tried uninstalling and then re-installing but this is persisting.
