Just to add this is any platform pack not a specific one.

I'm getting an error when i attempt to download a platform pack: Unable to retrieve the platform pack details. Ensure that you have an active connection to the internet. Anyone got an idea how to solve this? I have tried uninstalling and then re-installing but this is persisting. Its not AV related and I have tried public wifi and internal network and its not the firewall.

If i want to push the client out via third party are there any switches required in order to complete unattended? Thanks
