ballardfish Posted April 2, 2017 Report Share Posted April 2, 2017 Hello, I recently purchased a Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Yoga 20FQCTO1WW. I used the Thinkpad X1 Carbon 4th and Yoga 1st platform pack with Windows 7. The deployment and install went fine. However when it rebooted and began to load windows, the windows logo showed for 1-2 seconds, froze, and then "blue screen of death' appeared. The Blue screen ran through several lines of text very rapidly and then rebooted the computer. I cannot read the lines of text before the computer reboots...its too fast. I have used the Thinkpad X1 Carbon 4th and Yoga 1st platform pack. I have also loaded the image used onto several different types of computers and never had a problem with it. I also tried the Windows 10 platform pack and had the same issue. Please advise. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
SmartDeploySupport Posted April 3, 2017 Report Share Posted April 3, 2017 Restart the machine to the SmartDeploy boot environment and click Collect Logs. Save the zip to a USB/Network share and then send it to us and we can investigate what may be going on. support @ smartdeploy .com and refer to this thread.
