Ensure you're using the latest version of SmartDeploy as we fixed a bluescreen issue in the latest version. You can download the latest version here

You can install the newest version over the existing version. Once installed, recreate your boot media via the Media Wizard and redeploy. If you still have issues email us at support @ smartdeploy.com and we can provide you instructions on how to gather some logs for us.
