ACBenson86
I've successfully deployed my image, but would like a custom task to ran when the user logs in for the first time. During my testing of this I use the command 'cmd.exe /k' to launch the command prompt and wait for an entry. However this only launches the command prompt if I log in as the local admin on the machine and not the domain user. Has anyone come across this? I would like the command prompt to open and execute a batch file when the domain user logs in.
SmartDeploySupport
Well, the "first logon to desktop" is the first user to login after deployment, whoever that is. And it only runs once. No real way to tie it to the first domain user to login, unless it was a domain based script.
ACBenson86
I tested this two ways...deployed and logged in first with domain user credentials, nothing. deployed and logged in first with local account credentials, command prompt displayed. Can I do what I am trying to do with the answer file?
