download Platform Pack through SDE Console fails

Hi Maarten,

Do you have any anti-virus on the machine with SmartDeploy installed on? If so, try disabling it and redownloading the packs. If you still have issues send us your C:\SmartDeploy\Logs\Console.log and we can investigate what may be going on. Send it to support@smartdeploy.com. Also, refer to this thread please.
