Windows 10 - Start Menu & Store broken

After successfully deploying a Windows 10 Pro Version 1511 (joined to domain during Sysprep) the Start Menu and Store are broken. If we disjoin the computer from the domain it only disables computer within Active Directory. The same Boot Media used for Windows 7 works flawlessly.

I have deleted the Virtual Disk and Virtual Machines and started over, same results.

Hello.  We are also experiencing this problem.  Was there a work around for this.

I have tried the shutdown command hoping it would fix my issue to no avail

We had this issue and it was a problem with our group policy settings. UAC needs to be enabled for the start menu and the store to work.

We ran into this issue w/ Windows 10 in general and discovered it was due to our Windows Firewall Service being turned off.  Once we turned this back on (in Services) the Start Menu worked immediately for all users.
