pphil01
Hello, I would like to point the libraries for smartdeploy to a shared location so that others can use them. is this possible? At the very least I would rather not have the default directory point to the root of my c drive. I have tried changing the directory at C:\Program Files (x86)\SmartDeploy\SmartDeploy Enterprise\Resources\Configuration to look like: <SmartDeploy> <SmartDeployDirectory>T:\SmartDeploy</SmartDeployDirectory></SmartDeploy> BUT all I get is a "Microsoft Silverlight Out-of-Browser Launcher has stopped working" message when I try to relaunch, even If I copy the contents of C:\SmartDeploy to the new location. Thanks in advance!
SmartDeploySupport
Hello, We do want to add the ability to change the install folder in a future release, but in the current release drive c: is it. You don’t necessarily have to store your large files in the C:\SmartDeploy folder. Can just have them wherever and browse to them with the Wizards. Thanks, SmartDeploy Support
