Since Lenovo X1 no internal lan port

please add lenovo usb to lan cable driver in ppk for boot media in smartdepoly

Please fill out the Platform Pack request form located here: http://www.smartdeploy.com/download/platformpacks/platform-pack-request-form.

There is a script you'll need to run as part of the request process that will ensure we package the driver correctly for you. Please run it on one of your X1s with the USB NIC plugged into the machine.
