Jean Posted September 24, 2014 Report Share Posted September 24, 2014 Hi all. We are busy evaluating SmartDeploy and are receiving a server exception during image deployment. The deployment completes and injects the drivers correctly. Error message: The server threw an exception. (Error 0x1709. Debugging resource strings are unavailable. See http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=106663&Version=5.1.10411.0&File=mscorrc.dll&Key=0x1709 0x80010105) Any advice would be helpfull. SmartDeploySupport Posted September 24, 2014 Report Share Posted September 24, 2014 Hi Jean, Once you receive the error, please dismiss it and close out of the Deploy Wizard. Then on the splash screen hit Shift-F10 to bring up a command prompt. Browse to X:\Windows\Temp and please send us your deploy.log and we can investigate what may be going on.
