tgusewelle Posted January 26, 2023 Report Share Posted January 26, 2023 after I updated to the latest version of SmartDeploy I started to get this error and am unable to login. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the SmartDeploy Console which didn't help. Does anyone know how to fix this issue? any help is appreciated! SmartDeploySupport Posted January 26, 2023 Report Share Posted January 26, 2023 Hello, Try restarting the "MongoDB" service, as that can sometimes resolve this type of issue. If that doesn't work we may need to do delete the authentication collection the mongo databsae. Let us know how it goes with restarting that service first. If you still have issues, send an email to support@smartdeploy.com and reference this thread and I will provide you the steps to delete the authentication.
