USMT error code 38 and 27

I'm attempting to deploy a capture states but I'm running into this issue on multiple PCs this one in particular is a n error code 38 and 27 on another

I've cleared out temp files changed permissions on the temp folders. firewall is not blocking anything. I've recaptured the states. I'm not sure what else to do. the profiles have QuickBooks company files which makes them at about 20 gb's each. Could it be to large of a file?
Its going through the cloud using OneDrive
