console login

Hi trying to log into the console after the trial period and having purchased a license i get this message


the specified server is already authenticated with a different account please logout of all other sessions then



there arent any other sessions?

Hi Chipuk,

If there are any other SmartDeploy consoles installed somewhere, be sure they are signed out. If they are, please send us the following logs from the SmartDeploy host:

  • C:\SmartDeploy\Logs\SDConsole.log
  • C:\SmartDeploy\Logs\SDAPIService.log

Create a ticket here and attach those files. Please reference this thread in the ticket.
