Chipuk Posted March 31, 2022 Report Share Posted March 31, 2022 Hi trying to log into the console after the trial period and having purchased a license i get this message the specified server is already authenticated with a different account please logout of all other sessions then reauthenticate there arent any other sessions? If they are, please send us the following logs from the SmartDeploy host: C:\SmartDeploy\Logs\SDConsole.log C:\SmartDeploy\Logs\SDAPIService.log Create a ticket here and attach those files.
