In the computer management section, when I reimage a computer, the installed software section continues to show the previously installed software. If I wait several hours it remains the same. SmartDeploySupport Posted March 15, 2022 Report Share Posted March 15, 2022 Hi Dave, From the client machine, please send the following log: C:\Program Files\SmartDeploy\ClientService\SDClientService.log From the SmartDeploy host, send the following logs: C:\SmartDeploy\Logs\SDAPIService.log C:\SmartDeploy\Logs\SDConsole.log That should provide us with more information to investigate further.
