Computer Management Installed Software list not updating

My clients are on version 3.0.1030.

In the computer management section, when I reimage a computer, the installed software section continues to show the previously installed software. If I wait several hours it remains the same. Shouldn't it update to show only the currently installed software on the computer?

Hi Dave,

 

From the client machine, please send the following log:

  • C:\Program Files\SmartDeploy\ClientService\SDClientService.log

From the SmartDeploy host, send the following logs:

  • C:\SmartDeploy\Logs\SDAPIService.log
  • C:\SmartDeploy\Logs\SDConsole.log

 

That should provide us with more information to investigate further. Create a ticket here and refer to this thread.
