JayM Posted February 2, 2022 Report Share Posted February 2, 2022 I'm not sure if this is just me, but when I boot SmartDeploy via USB on my zbook G7 and G8, my trackpad doesn't work. I have to use a mouse to navigate through SD. It was not the case while we were using EliteBook 850s. My ppks are current. Did I miss a step? SmartDeploySupport Posted February 2, 2022 Report Share Posted February 2, 2022 Create your boot media with the ZBook Power G8 pack selected in the Media Wizard, that will add in the Serial IO driver and should allow it to work.
