I checked the account that I use for domain joins and network access and it seems to be working just fine. Could someone please give me some insight on this? If both newly reimaged and existing (not recently reimaged) endpoints all stopped checking in at once, there's a possibility that there is a common cause - perhaps some change in your security environment (antivirus or firewall settings). I'm going to go ahead and open a ticket for you, because there are a lot of potential variables to dig into here, and we'll want to see some logs from the affected endpoints. SmartDeploySupport Posted August 10, 2022 Report Share Posted August 10, 2022 Hi Jeremy, I just replied to your ticket that you submitted to support. Looks like one of the required services shut down which was causing the issues you were seeing. Once you restarted the SmartDeploy host, those services started back up and that is why you started to see machines to check in. If you still have issues, please reply to the ticket thread.
