SmartDeploySupport
Hello, Once you get that error, cancel out of the Deploy Wizard, then Collect Logs and submit them to us in a ticket. https://support.smartdeploy.com/support/solutions/articles/48000984846-collect-logs https://support.smartdeploy.com/support/tickets/new

SmartDeploySupport
See if you can move the error out of the way, or Alt+Tab to get back to the splash screen.

I issue the deployments over our LAN network and get the same error, however I am able to continue to deploy the image without issue or failure. Is there a way to solve/prevent this error from showing? Thanks, Anthony
SmartDeploySupport
Hi Anthony, We will need to take a look at a deployment log set. Boot the target machine from your SmartDeploy boot media and select Collect Logs. Save that zip to a USB or network location and submit a ticket here. Refer to this thread in the ticket please. https://support.smartdeploy.com/support/solutions/articles/48000984846-collect-logs Thanks, Devon SmartDeploy Support
