"Unable to connect to smart deploy service api" error coming when trying to install os using pen drive

I am trying to install OS using pendrive via smart deploy. When I click on deploy using disk file I get the error "Unable to connect to smartdeploy api service" 

Code: General exception

Error message: an error occured sending the request

Can someone please help me. Thank you

Hello,

Once you get that error, cancel out of the Deploy Wizard, then Collect Logs and submit them to us in a ticket.
