George Lamontagne
I am getting a pop up that says "Please specify an executable location" anytime I try to download the pre made applications packs. Has anyone had this issue?
SmartDeploySupport
Hi George, Please send us your C:\SmartDeploy\Logs\Console.log from the SmartDeploy host to support@smartdeploy.com. Reference this thread and we can take a look. That being said, we release version 3.0 of SmartDeploy today, so you may want to upgrade to that and attempt to re-download your Application Pack and see if that works. https://support.smartdeploy.com/support/solutions/articles/48001188577-how-to-upgrade-smartdeploy-from-v2-to-v3 Thanks, Devon SmartDeploy Support
George Lamontagne
Thanks for your response! I ended up installing some windows updates and rebooting the server. I was able to grab a few application packs and then I got the same message again. I rebooted a second time and was able to get the rest of the packages managed by you. Very strange, I will upgrade to V3 and see if the issue persists. Thanks!
George Lamontagne
I am having the same issues on V3. I emailed all the details and the logs to support@smartdeploy.com
Jeff Harris
George, you were downloading an app pack that pre-dates the Application Pack wizard. Because we cannot redistribute Adobe installers, we have to prompt you for the installer. Those are available here; https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/ I've also replied to your email in Support.
