After installation of SDE client on new cloud Client, Client is not showing in SDE console computer list

To deploy windows on New Client computer through Cloud method, after installation of client on new cloud host, host is not showing in SDE console computer list.

Facing the above problem frequently, some clients start showing on the console within 10 minutes, and some clients never show up. I am using the same SDE client installation package on all clients' computers.

Hello,

We will need the following from the SmartDeploy host:

• C:\SmartDeploy\Logs\Console.log
• C:\Windows\System32\winevt\Logs\Application.evtx

From the endpoint we will need the following log:

C:\Windows\SysWOW64\SmartDeploy\ClientService.Console.log

Please zip those logs and send them to support@smartdeploy.com and refer to this thread and we can take a look.
