phibo78 Posted March 9, 2018 Report Share Posted March 9, 2018 Hi All, Not had this problem before, have uploaded various platform packs to our deployment server and but this is a first..... Got our first Surface Laptop, downloaded the platform pack and added it to our standard location. However when attempting to deploy our standard Win10.wim it's searching for the platform pack and then displaying "query error" any ideas? currently running v2.0.2097 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
SmartDeploySupport Posted March 9, 2018 Report Share Posted March 9, 2018 Hello, Please restart the machine back into the SmartDeploy boot environment and select Collect Logs save the resulting zip to a usb or network share and attach them to this thread and we can take a look.
