I'm a current customer with valid support and would like a platform pack for the Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon (current revision). They've significantly changed hardware and the current platform pack on your site leaves quite a bit of work for the tech staff and I've not quite been able to get all the drivers to apply correctly upon my own attempts.
