Dell platform pack issues

I am having trouble with the Dell Latitude E5420 and E5520 platform packs. All drivers install fine except for the wireless. The device is intel centrino advanced N w/ wimax 6250.

From the looks of it, the drivers are in the downloadable platform pack, at least it has some sort of wimax, and the pack has been updated since the last dell driver release. Any ideas why the drivers wouldn't be applying?

Could you please contact support directly. They will need to have you run a script and get some logs so we can figure out why the driver isn't installing.

Sure thing! I just figured I would run it by here first and see if anyone noticed any problems with dell laptops.
