The user was connected to a guest wifi that was restricted and causing connection issues. Update: that error came back on a different wifi that is not secured. Jeff Harris Posted October 20, 2021 Report Share Posted October 20, 2021 This error can also be caused if the authentication token created and embedded in the Answer File is no longer valid. Reauthenticating to cloud storage in the console and making a new Answer File and Deployment Package can help in that case. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
