Error When Downloading Platform Pack

Hello new to the SmartDeploy system and I'm trying to do a very simple image pull / deployment to test it out with my desktop support staff.  I was able to pull an image from a VM.  I am trying to download a platform pack for the model of Dell PC's that we will be imaging in our test.  When I click on the 'Download Platform Pack' task inside of the Reimage Devices Menu, I get an error:

"This computer is currently offline.  All cloud and download functionality will be disabled until the computer is connected to the internet."

What am I missing?  This computer is (obviously) on the internet.  I am not blocking http or https traffic.  Do I need a specific kind of license to utilize the platform pack feature?
