Stuck at Capture Wizard

I just started my 15 day trial to see if SmartDeploy should be used in my company. The problem I have is that once I start Capture Wizard I get a message telling me that I need to run the program as an administrator. My user account has administrator privileges yet this error still pops up. I was wondering if I have to be the administrator and not just have administrator privileges or if this is another problem.
