Cannot import/download applications packs and answer files

I recently reinstalled the SmartDeploy Console on a new server and have been trying to import my old answer files and application packs. 

After clicking import, they don't appear. When downloading application packs, the same happens, the screen is left empty.

This also happens with Images. After importing and capturing a new image, they do not appear in the GUI.

After looking inside the 'SmartDeploy' folder and then looking inside the Images, Answer Files and Application Pack folders, they all have the content I have created, this just isn't being displayed in the GUI.

Any help would be very helpful, thanks!
