boomerman Posted September 24, 2018 Report Share Posted September 24, 2018 I have tried to image 2 different computers this morning, 1 Dell and 1 Lenovo Thinkpad and both are getting the following error when it located the platform packs. Unable to open the Platform pack. The platform pack may be corrupt. I deleted the the platform packs and downloaded them again still getting the issue.
