@amedley - It's actually quite simple, my company is a SmartDeploy user ourselves and I had this very question. Once you've downloaded your license usage, you send an email with an attached list of computer's you want to be decommissioned to licensing@smartdeploy.com. They'll reply back having you agree to some terms and conditions/rules regarding decommissioning licenses. After you read it, simply reply to them that you agree and authorize them to decommission the licenses, and normally w/i a few hours they'll be completed and you'll get a confirmation email stating such. I recently received an email saying all my licenses were about used, how do I go in and decommission some of the computers? I click on the link,   https://www.smartdeploy.com/register/licensing/ and am able to download my list of computers, but I don't see where I can decommission them.
