Using ip address share or c$ path to images and platform pack with credentials.  But when imaging it still can't find the image or platform pack.

Please advise best practice for unattended connection to images and platform packs.  Should we map a drive or use \\ share?

I have another question. Now that I have the agent installed on 2 stations in the same subnet with the smartdeploy enterprise computer. The console only sees 1 of the stations.

How does the smartdeploy enterprise computer register the computers with agents. I reinstalled the agent a few times (putting in ip address of console computer) and it still doesn't see the computer and add it to smartdeploy console.

where do I find the agent installer so I can install it manually so I can see the computers in the computer management?

Ok sent email with screenshot. I think it has to do with resolution and KVM.

Using KVM and after the initial boot from USB with Smartdeploy logo then this screen comes up. Where is the setting for the video resolution that is causing this glitch on my KVM?
