    Hi Flexim,

    ยท Open a command prompt and perform the following commands:

    o Diskpart

    o List Disk (determine which disk is your USB stick, probably disk 1 if you only have 1 hard drive)

    o Select Disk 1 (use the correct disk number here)

    o Detail Disk (ensure you have your USB drive selected)

    o Clean (this destroys all data)

    o Create partition primary

    o Active

    o Format quick fs=fat32

    o Assign letter e: (any drive letter that works is fine)

    o Exit

    Run Media Wizard again and let us know your results. If you still encounter issues, we can get a log and see what may be going on.

    Hello Everyone. So I downloaded the trial and currently trying to build an image. I run media wizard with Admin rights to start the process. When it get's to the point to format the flash drive it errors out and says it cannot format the flash drive. The flash drive is new and I can format using Windows format. I also tried a second flash drive and an external harddrive. Both had the same error. Any suggestions?
