Large Number of Machines not checking into SmartDeploy Console

Hello All, 

 

I recently noticed that a lot of machine in our environment stopped checking into SmartDeploy. So I did some digging in the logs and noticed this error on a few machines

There was also another error on a newly imaged machines stating

Does anyone know what could be causing this? I checked the account that I use for domain joins and network access and it seems to be working just fine. Could someone please give me some insight on this?

Hi DeJeon,

Thanks for reaching out. If both newly reimaged and existing (not recently reimaged) endpoints all stopped checking in at once, there's a possibility that there is a common cause - perhaps some change in your security environment (antivirus or firewall settings). I'm going to go ahead and open a ticket for you, because there are a lot of potential variables to dig into here, and we'll want to see some logs from the affected endpoints. You may expect an email from us shortly.
