Deployment packages / answer files disappear

This happens sporadically.  I see this mostly after I've created a new Deployment package with a new Answer file.  After it's created all Deployment packages disappear and the Answer file I've just created doesn't show up.  All the files are in the folder, they aren't showing in the Smart Deploy Console though.

Just an FYI - this has happened on all the versions we've had.  Usually rebooting the Server fixed the issue.  Now this is not working.

Please send us your C:\SmartDeploy\Logs\Console.log from the SmartDeploy host here and refer to this post and I'll take a look.
