I've had the exact same issue for well over a couple years now. The most I can do is kill/restart the console service and to get it working for a short while until I have to do it all over again. We haven't had much luck when Support checked it out, but I'd love to hear if this gets resolved for you and how.

I have a ticket open with the same issue. My 2k12 server uses web proxy to get out to the internet, but disabling the proxy cleared all the errors.
