I found my problem to be with using 64bit boot media. Changed to 32 bit and everything worked fine. Have had no problems with sound drivers using the driver pack.

This issue is still happening. At this point we are imaging them using external media. We have no issues imaging anything other then the probook 430 series. I have removed all driverpacks besides the one for the specific system and it still will not pick up the network adapter. With using the external media to image and manually pointing to the driver pack after imaging the network card is there and joins to the domain and everything. It's just in the PE environment it will not load properly. Thanks, Nick

Hello, We just upgraded to SmartDeploy 2.0.1090 and rebuilt our install media. First time we have tried to use it and the PE environment won't load the network drivers properly. Tried to redownload the platform packs with no luck. If you go to options it shows the realtek adapter but on the right in the status shows hardware not present. I have tried multiple notebooks and same problem. The notebooks we are using are the HP ProBook 430 G1, G2, and G3. Thank You, Nick
