This summer I imaged 160 ProBook 440 G3 with the latest platformpack. I have had audio driver problems ever since. The audio works fine to start with but at random times the audio will stop working. I found a solution online to fix the audio problem by installing 3 separate drivers, but I am not excited about the probability of having to do this on all 160 laptops.

Any resolution to this issue. I used imaged 160 ProBook 440 G3 this summer and have been having audio problems. Having to reinstall drivers on each machine!!!!

When I find out what their actual IP is, I can ping that. firewall is disabled

No i can not ping the client machines, in the computer management screen the clients are listed but have a different IP address than what the client machine actually has.

Also, I just noticed that if you look at the status of these laptops in SmardDeploy it states that a DNS record does not exist for this device. When I check my DNS servers, they do have a record.?.?

I am running SmartDeply 2.0.2000, and have installed the SmartDeploy Client on over 100 laptops (client version 2.0.1090). When i connect a group of these laptops to a wired switch, they do not appear as connected in the Computer Management screen so I can update the client and then push out an image? HELP

I know this is a year old, but I am having the same problem. Has anyone found a resolution to this issue???

After deployment I get a screen that states: Selected Boot Image did not authenticate, Cancel image load and boot to next boot option.... Any ideas??

Every couple years we upgrade laptops etc. How can I use Smart Deploy to get these laptops to the state that they are in when you get them "brand new". In the course of Deploying an image, the way I've been doing it, the deployment wizard asks all the initial start up questions, i.e. user name, computer name.... of which I would want the new owner to be able to answer.... Any help would be appreciated...

I am also having issues mapping a network drive, I can ping the server but when I try to map the drive I get an error 67? Any suggestions..
